Environment

My goal is to create an inviting classroom environment where students feel safe. I aim to have a positive classroom climate where students feel respected, welcomed, and supported. I want my students to be motivated to learn and my classroom environment plays a big role in that. I use decor around my classroom to help students have a growth mindset. I also help my students set goals for themselves and place these beside the classroom door.

I use different types of flexible seating around my classroom. Allowing students to use flexible seating helps them stay on task and focused.
